I had been struggling for hours to figure out the right fittings and hose sizes, but Nate patiently walked me through every step, explained the difference between connection types, and even sent links to the exact parts I needed. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. It’s rare to get this level of genuine support these days — he made a complicated setup feel simple and achievable.
