PreFilters Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with PreFilters through our Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Definitions

  • Affiliate: An individual or business accepted into the PreFilters Affiliate Program to promote our products and services.

  • Affiliate Link: A unique tracking URL provided to the Affiliate to identify traffic and sales from their marketing.

  • Referral: A customer referred through the Affiliate’s marketing using their Affiliate Link.

  • Commission: A percentage of revenue from referred sales, paid to the Affiliate per this agreement.

2. Enrolment in the Program

To join the program, submit an application on our website. Upon approval, you’ll receive your Affiliate Link and promotional materials.

Please note that we place a strong emphasis on authentic recommendations, and we look to work with affiliates who have personal experience using our products. If you haven’t used our products yet, we’d love to offer you the opportunity to try them first and the best way for you to get started would be to order a PreFilter housing from us and test them out for yourself for a few weeks and we will revisit your application once you’ve had some firsthand experience!

We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion for reasons including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information

  • Non-compliance with our promotional guidelines

  • Fraudulent or misleading practices

Once approved, you gain a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to participate in the program.

3. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote PreFilters truthfully and ethically

  • Use only approved Affiliate Links and promotional materials

  • Comply with relevant laws (e.g. advertising, consumer protection, data privacy)

  • Disclose affiliate relationships clearly on all content where links are used

4. Commissions and Payment

4.1 Commission Structure

  • $45.00 AUD commission per sale on all Twin and Triple Above/Below Sink Systems and Bundles — excluding tax, shipping, discounts, tap upgrades, replacement filters and any products from the Add-Ons section.

  • Rates may vary for promotions or campaigns (you’ll be notified in advance).

  • Customers using an Affiliate Link receive a FREE Naturopathic RecovAdapt Blend (Valued at $75) in their order.

4.2 Commission Payments

  • Method: Paid via PayPal or bank transfer through the affiliate portal

  • Schedule: Monthly, after the 30-day return period.

  • Minimum Payout: $100.00 AUD. Balances below this threshold will carry over to the next month, or until you reach the minimum.

4.3 Refunds and Chargebacks

  • If a sale is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the commission will be deducted from future payouts. If no payout is due, the Affiliate must refund the commission.

4.4 Personal Sale Policy

  • Self-purchases via your own Affiliate Link are not allowed.

  • Commissions from self-referrals will be voided.

  • Repeated violations may lead to account termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading advertising or make false claims

  • Use tactics like cookie stuffing or click fraud

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Bid on “PreFilters” or branded keywords in paid ads unless authorised

  • Use pop-ups, toolbars, or software that disrupts user experience

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Use of Trademarks

  • Affiliates may use PreFilters trademarks, logos, and product images only for promoting our products per this agreement.

6.2 Ownership

  • All PreFilters IP remains our exclusive property. Affiliates are granted no ownership rights.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Cease use of all Affiliate Links, trademarks, and materials

  • Unpaid commissions will be paid if above $100 and within agreement terms

  • Accounts may be terminated for fraud, breaches, or legal non-compliance

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PreFilters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program.

9. Amendments

  • We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
