If you’re simply replacing your filters, you don't need to purchase a whole new PreFilter housing, just the filter replacements.

TOWN WATER

Recommended set:

BORE/RIVER WATER

Important: If you're using a water ionizer with bore water, a kitchen water softener is essential. 

Without it, mineral scale can coat your ionizer's plates, severely reducing its ability to function.

TRAVEL/CARAVAN/RV WATER

This set can be customised based on your setup, but we recommend at least the following:
If you’re using an under-sink twin or triple system (which we highly recommend), include:

• Carbon Ultimate Filter
• Ultrafilter 0.01
• Fluoride Filter or H2 Booster (depending on your needs).

Tip: We also recommend including a Water Softener, especially if you’re travelling through areas with hard or mineral-heavy water, as it helps protect your system and improve overall water quality.

H2 INLINE BOOSTER KITS

Our H2 Inline Booster Kits are designed for homes that already use a Twin Above-Sink or Twin Below-Sink filtration setup and want to enhance their water with added molecular hydrogen. Each kit includes a mineral-rich canister that supports the electrolysis process in water ionizers and boosts hydrogen production — especially helpful if your source water is low in minerals.

You have two kit options, depending on your setup:

• Twin Above-Sink H2 Inline Booster Kit
• Twin Below-Sink H2 Inline Booster Kit

The only difference between the two is the fittings — the booster canister and its function are exactly the same. Just choose the one that matches your system for seamless installation.

H2 Booster Usage & Monitoring

A leak detector is strongly recommended whenever using an H2 Booster.

The H2 Booster must be flushed before regular use to remove any initial taste and release any built-up gas.

The unit must not be left unused for extended periods, particularly during the first week. If left unused for around 24 hours or more, gas can accumulate in the system. During the first week after installation, the unit should be monitored and flushed regularly to release any gas build-up.

H2 Booster Notes

The following is normal during the first week:

• Gurgling or trapped gas, especially overnight
• A minerally or slightly fishy taste from minerals interacting with hydrogen gas

These effects typically settle within 7 days as the system stabilises.

Important Notice – Fluoride Filter

Please note that our fluoride filter is currently in its prototype phase and may be sensitive to low water pressure. While it has been tested for effectiveness, performance can vary depending on your local pressure and water quality. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to refine this product.
