Thank you for your interest in partnering with PreFilters through our affiliate program. By signing up for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- Affiliate: An individual or business that has been accepted into the PreFilters Affiliate Program and is approved to promote our products and services.
- Affiliate Link: A unique URL provided to the Affiliate for tracking purposes, enabling the identification of traffic and sales originating from the Affiliate’s marketing efforts.
- Referral: A potential customer referred by the Affiliate through their marketing efforts using an Affiliate Link.
- Commission: A percentage of the sales revenue generated from referred customers, payable to the Affiliate based on the terms of this agreement.
2. Enrolment in the Affiliate Program
To become an Affiliate of PreFilters, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Program application through our website. Upon approval, you will receive access to your unique Affiliate Link and promotional materials.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Incomplete or inaccurate application information.
- Non-compliance with our promotional guidelines.
- Fraudulent activity or the use of misleading practices.
Once approved, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to participate in the program, subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.
3. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote our products in good faith: You must act in the best interests of PreFilters and promote our products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Use only approved promotional materials: You must use only the Affiliate Links and other promotional materials (e.g., banners, ads) provided by us, unless otherwise authorised in writing.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations: Your marketing efforts must comply with all relevant laws, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship: You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission for referrals. This is typically done through an affiliate disclaimer or in the form of a prominent notice on your website or content.
4. Commissions and Payment
4.1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission based on a percentage of the sale price for each qualifying purchase made through their Affiliate Link. The standard commission rate is $45 of the net sale price for all twin and triple above and below systems, excluding taxes, shipping, or any discounts.
Commissions may also vary based on specific products, promotional periods, or marketing campaigns, in which case the Affiliate will be notified in advance. Additional bonuses are planned, affiliates will be updated.
As an added incentive, customers who purchase through an Affiliate Link will receive a free Naturopathic RecovAdapt supplement with their order.
4.2. Commission Payments
- Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via affiliate portal payment options ie paypal, bank transfer.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis. Payments will typically be made after the 30 days return period.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Payments will be issued only when the Affiliate has earned at least $100 in commissions. If the Affiliate’s earnings fall below this threshold, the balance will carry over to the next period.
4.3. Refunds and Chargebacks
In the event that a sale is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s next payout. If no future payout is due, the Affiliate agrees to refund any commission previously paid on the refunded or canceled sale. This should be avoided since the payment schedule is after the return period.
4.4. Personal Sale Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to use their own affiliate links to make personal purchases of PreFilters products. The Affiliate Program is designed to reward genuine referrals, not self-purchases.
Please note:
Any commissions earned from self-referrals will be voided and may be deducted from future payouts.
Repeated violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account.
PreFilters reserves the right to monitor and audit affiliate activity to ensure compliance.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our Affiliate Program.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not use false or misleading statements, claims, or offers to promote our products or services.
- Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use any tactics that generate fraudulent clicks or leads (e.g., cookie stuffing, click fraud).
- Spam: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited emails, messages, or other forms of spam to promote PreFilters.
- Bid on Brand Keywords: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded keywords (e.g., PreFilters) in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) unless specifically authorized by us.
- Use of Unapproved Channels: Affiliates are prohibited from using channels such as pop-up ads, toolbars, or software that could interfere with the user’s experience or violate our brand guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Use of Trademarks
As an Affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PreFilters trademarks, logos, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting our products within the scope of this Affiliate Agreement.
6.2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights related to PreFilters products, content, and trademarks remain the property of PreFilters. Affiliates are not granted any ownership rights in these assets.
7. Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination:
- You will cease all use of PreFilters trademarks, promotional materials, and Affiliate Links.
- Any unpaid commissions will be paid out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of our terms, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreFilters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or from the use of any Affiliate Links.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Affiliates via email or through the Affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
