Please notify us of any issues with your filter or housing within 14 days of receiving your order. All troubleshooting or resolution steps should be completed within an additional 14 days, making a total of 30 days from the delivery date.
If an issue arises after this period, our standard warranty policy will apply.
Please note that troubleshooting and replacement of filters due to blockages, sediment buildup, mineral accumulation, or water quality conditions are not covered under this policy.
Blockages caused by local water conditions, lack of maintenance, or normal filter usage are considered part of regular filter operation and do not qualify as product defects.
For assistance, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help troubleshoot the problem.
Evidence & Troubleshooting Requirement
Before a replacement or warranty claim can be processed, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the filter or housing
- A short video showing the issue (if applicable)
This helps our support team properly diagnose the issue and provide the correct solution.
Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent the processing of the claim.
