1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and chosen shipping method.

Note: Deliveries once package is picked up the next business day, are estimated to be 2 business days when sent from and to the same city or from one metro city to another but may vary depending on factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see the total shipping charges before completing your purchase. The available shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed at the checkout page.
- Twin housings: Metro areas are generally around $20, regional areas $30
- Triple housings: Metro areas are generally around $30, regional areas $40
- Replacement filters: Metro areas are generally around $10, regional areas $20
Please Note: Shipping fees for international orders may vary and are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during business days, which are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The order processing time may vary based on the size and type of order:
- In-stock Products: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Backordered or Pre-order Items: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected shipping date.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
You can track your order status on the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear after the package is dispatched.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: Sendle does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order otherwise Australia post will be used and delays may occur.
- Remote Areas: Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional shipping charges or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been shipped.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note the following:
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 days of receipt. You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product for us to process a claim.
- Lost Packages: In the event of a lost package, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier deems the package to be lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation depending on if you took out additional insurance over the standard $100 coverage.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realise there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately to make the necessary changes before your order ships.
10. Taxes and Duties
- Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with the applicable tax laws.
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders): For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returning products. If you would like to return an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
