Pre-Filters Subscription Terms & Conditions

At PreFilters, we offer a convenient subscription service to ensure your replacement filters are delivered automatically, keeping your water filtration system performing at its best. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subscription Agreement
By purchasing a PreFilters subscription, you authorize automatic billing to your selected payment method.
If you’re setting up a subscription for your replacement filters, please note that payment confirms your agreement to automatic charges every 11 months. Subscriptions require a minimum of two replacement cycles and will continue until cancelled. Cancellations can only be made after the first two billing cycles, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- Fluoride, Carbon Ultimate, Bore, and H2 Booster filters are delivered every 11 months.
- Ultrafilters are delivered every 6 months (with the option to include an H2 Booster for optimal performance).
Subscriptions will continue until cancelled according to these terms.
Cancellations can only be made after the initial two billing cycles.
2. Billing & Payment
- Your subscription is billed automatically at the start of each cycle.
- All charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for periods already billed.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Navigate to the Subscription Manager.
- Click “Cancel” next to your active subscription.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once confirmed, no further payments will be processed, but any paid and pending shipments will still be fulfilled.
4. Pausing or Skipping a Shipment
You may pause or skip a shipment via your Subscription Manager instead of cancelling.
Billing and deliveries will resume automatically according to your original subscription plan.
5. Minimum Commitment
Subscriptions require a minimum of two billing cycles.
You cannot cancel your subscription until after these initial cycles have been completed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods or for missed shipments due to late cancellations.
Any refunds issued due to product issues will follow PreFilters’ standard Return & Refund Policy.
7. Changes to Subscription
Prefilters reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and terms at any time.
You will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
